Overview

The Prospective Principal Program is designed to prepare a select cohort of experienced Leander ISD campus and district administrators to successfully enter the principalship.

How many years of administrative experience do I need to apply?

At least two years experience as a campus administrator.

How often will the Prospective Principal Program (P3) meet?

Meetings will begin in September 2018 and occur monthly; the first cohort will complete the program in April 2019.

When will the meetings occur?

Mondays, 3-6 p.m.

How long is each P3 class?

Three hours

Where will the meetings be held?

Technology Services, Conference Room A/B
