Update to Digital Report Cards Oct. 04

Parents and students will be able to view report cards through the Home Access Center and on the Family Access mobile app at 5:00 pm Friday, Oct. 04.

Please note there are a few key differences in the report cards through this system.

  • Absences are calculated as a total and are not broken out as excused or unexcused due to size limitations on report cards from eSchoolPLUS.
  • Parents will have the ability to print a PDF of the report card from the website version.
  • Categories at the top abbreviated (C1= Cycle 1, Comm = Comments, ABS=Absences). Credits will be populated after the semester and/or course is complete.

Please see images below of how a report card displays in the Home Access Center and the Family App.

Future Improvements and Support

We asked the vendor to help us customize a more friendly version of the report card in the mobile application. We hope they will make these adjustments for us in the future. If you are unable to access Home Access Center, please visit Let’s Talk and we will respond within 3 business days.
