After School Enrichment Providers


LISD is always looking for new class ideas and enthusiastic instructors to teach our after-school enrichment classes in our elementary schools.

LISD provides:

  • Advertising, registration and evaluation
  • Classroom space
  • Instructors receive 60 percent of the class tuition

About our program

LISD after-school enrichment classes offer quality educational experiences for students in grades Kindergarten through fifth and are designed to address the academic and entertainment needs of young learners. Previous After School Enrichment classes have addressed topics including robotics, cooking, gymnastics, golf, Spanish, science, art, video game design, engineering, tennis and money management. All classes will take place on your child’s campus immediately after school for one hour one day each week.

    1. Complete the online vendor registration through the Bonfire* system.

    2. As bid opportunities become available, an email will be sent to the address provided in the registration system.
    3. If additional vendors are needed for the Fall 2020 semester, Request for Proposals will be sent by the end of May (exact date TBD).
    4. A mandatory expectations meeting will be held during the decision process (before the RFP has been awarded) to review the guidelines, acknowledgment and understanding of the program. Vendors will be notified of the date and location of the meeting through an email invitation.

*Registering through Bonfire with LISD will place you on the list of potential vendors, this does not guarantee any level of business expenditure by the District. You must be awarded a bid to become an approved vendor.

  2. My wife n child are coming from out of state, my boy is going to first grade next year. I want to know if this school have a daily after school program where I can pick him up after I come out of work at ( 4:00 pm).

    1. The YMCA of Greater Williamson County offers on-site child care at all LISD elementary campuses from school dismissal until 6:30 p.m.on all regular school days. The goal of the Y After-school Program is to ensure safety for children (grades Kindergarten – 5th grade), while promoting healthy physical and emotional growth, helping working families and inspiring children to learn.The Y strives to help each child reach their full potential by offering a positive and enriching environment that encourages the development of character, leadership and cooperative spirit.
